All our arnica products are equally effective in helping ease the discomfort that comes with sore muscles, achy joints, bruising, arthritis and many other issues. Arnica is anti-inflammatory, circulatory, and analgesic (pain relieving).

The cream differs from the lotion in that it is in a jar and has shea butter and a bit more coconut oil.

Ingredients:

water, arnica infused organic sunflower oil, coconut oil, shea butter vegetable emulsifying wax, essential oil blend of lavender, eucalyptus, sweet birch, wintergreen, rosemary, peppermint, clary sage, helichrysum, and ginger, silver citrate, and potassium sorbate.
