Make sure you contact us no more than thirty (30) days after the order has been received. Please mention your order number and reason for your return request. After thirty (30) days, The Country Store cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
Our customer service hours are 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday. We normally will respond within 24 hours, however, we may take longer to respond if your inquiry was sent over the weekend.
Refund details
If a return is approved, please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your refund from the time your package is received by our team. We will refund the original payment method once your return is approved.
Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. The Country Store is not responsible for return shipping unless the product has arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect. The Country Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We suggest you ship your return insured and via a trackable method.
Return restrictions:
We cannot process returns on the following items:
- Any unpackaged bedding linens
- Any unpackaged pillows, quilts or duvets
- Any unpackaged skin care products.
